By accessing or using GiroAI's hotel management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
GiroAI provides a cloud-based hotel operations management platform that includes housekeeping management, maintenance tracking, inventory management, and staff coordination tools. The Service is designed for use by hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses.
3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must:
- Create an account with accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the Service to store or transmit sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for hotel operations
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your hotel operational data, staff information, or any other content you provide. You grant us a limited license to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
6. Payment Terms
For paid subscriptions:
- Fees are based on your selected plan and property size
- Payment is due according to your billing cycle
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by GiroAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GiroAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GiroAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will provide an option to export your data for a reasonable period. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms without notice.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maldives.
